KappAhl acquires companies

In connection with company acquisitions, KappAhl has obtained tax loss carryforwards, which it expects to utilize starting from the 2012/2013 financial year.

The acquisitions are expected to give a positive net effect on shareholders' equity of approximately MSEK 260 for the quarterly accounts 28 February 2007, as a consequence of existing tax loss carryforwards. The acquired companies do not carry any activity today.
