Positive effect on profit after verdict

Oslo magistrates' court (tingrett) has announced its verdict in the case of interpreting customs duty on the value of KappAhl's imports to Norway.

This direct one-off positive effect for KappAhl is an additional SEK 25 million for the results in Q4 of which SEK 21 million is related to time before the current year. In future this will mean a positive effect on profits annually of around SEK 4 million. The verdict can be appealed against within one month.
