Kristoffer Melinder has today left his seat on the board of KappAhl Holding AB (publ)

Melinder's departure took place after the finalisation of the offer for the stock market flotation and in accordance with what had already been announced in the IPO prospectus.

The Board of Directors now comprises Finn Johnsson (Chair), Amelia Adamo, Pernilla Ström, Bo Söderberg, Jan Samuelson, Paul Frankenius, Bodil Nilsson and Rose-Marie Zell- Lindström with the two deputy members, Melinda Hedström and Eva Larsson.
