Kay/day was launched as a lifestyle brand with the ambition of creating a wardrobe built on quality, comfort and longevity. With a focus on genuine materials, timeless design and a harmonious colour palette, the brand offers garments for all moments of life.
“Kay/day has always been about a feeling – a lifestyle rather than just fashion. With our first store, we are creating a physical space where we can convey that feeling and offer our customers a clear kay/day experience, with harmony, warmth and a sense of timeless style at its core,” says Caroline Ahlberg, Vice President Assortment & Marketing at Kappahl.
The new store gives customers the opportunity to experience the brand in an inspiring environment where materials, colours and silhouettes take centre stage. The assortment includes the full kay/day range – from airy linen pieces for summer to soft wool garments, as well as loungewear and activewear. The collections are characterised by natural materials such as wool and linen, durable quality and design that goes beyond short-lived trends.
“With the opening of our first kay/day store, we look forward to offering both new and existing customers a holistic experience where lifestyle and brand identity come together in an inspiring and accessible way,” says Gabrielle Grennard, Designer for kay/day.
The store in Västermalmsgallerian will become kay/day’s first physical meeting place and a clear step in Kappahl Group’s work to develop and strengthen its own brands. The new establishment responds to a growing interest in timeless Scandinavian fashion, with a focus on quality and comfort.
“We are very pleased to welcome kay/day and their first standalone store to Västermalmsgallerian. It is a strong, quality-driven brand that we are confident will appeal to our visitors,” says Tobias Edberg, Centre Manager at Västermalmsgallerian.
The store opens on April 24, 2026, at Västermalmsgallerian in Stockholm.
