Hampton Republic 27 - Autumn 2012
Hampton Republic 27 offers American well-dressed and relaxed fashion
Classic garments with a modern twist are the secret behind a timeless, fashion-conscious style. Autumn's Hampton Republic 27 takes its inspiration from the British countryside, and it is permeated with the preppy details that characterise the collection.
This autumn, Hampton Republic 27 takes us on a visit to the countryside. With thoughts of dark autumn evenings in front of an open fire, we see for this season clothing inspired by British hunting fashion. Tweed and wool are well-known and loved autumn materials that represent quality and they are to be found in several garments and details.
The autumn collection has a leaner, more dressed feeling, with the shirt taking centre stage. It can be either checked or striped in blue tones and it is paired with corduroy trousers in brown or wine-red along with a fine knitted sweater.
The colours are classic "autumn" tones - the basic colours are grey, brown and bottle green, together with navy, wine and burned navy blue. Accent colours are petrol, light blue, lavender, red and pink, opening up opportunities for bold colour combinations.
A quilted stable jacket is autumn's most important outdoor garment this season and is decorated in typical Hampton style with detailing and lining in contrasting colour. Knitted accessories in jacquard patterns complete this warm look.
As always, the Hampton Republic 27 collection is permeated by the dress code "Always look great, no matter the occasion". The collection is wearable both at work and for leisure and can be combined in several ways.
