KAPPAHL OPENS IN SOLBACKEN
Thursday, March 15, the fashion chain KappAhl opens a store in the shopping center Solbacken in Skellefteå. The 900-square-meter store will offer the entire KappAhl range of inspiring, affordable fashion for women, men and children.
– We have prepared well and are very excited for the big premiere on Thursday, says Katrin Lindberg, store manager for KappAhl's new store.
The fashion chain establishes itself in yet another attractive location. This is KappAhls second store in Skellefteå and it will be located in the middle of the newly built part of the shopping center Solbacken just north of town.
In the store, customers will find the season's fashions with a wide range for women, men and children, including KappAhl ecological and eco-labeled product range.
– We have the latest fashion and inspiration for all occasions with matching accessories, says Katrin Lindberg, who has worked at KappAhl for 29 years.
Six employees will work in the shop. It will be a store manager, a decorator and four sales assistants. The interior of the store follow KappAhl's modern interior design concept with light and easy fitting. It is also environmentally friendly, which means less power supply for lighting and cooling.
On Thursday it is the grand opening with the red carpet rolled out and several attractive opening offers. From Thursday to Sunday, all customers get 25 percent off the entire range.
– New fresh fashion products arrives to our store every week, says Katrin Lindberg. We look forward to welcoming our customers!

KappAhl currently has 382 stores (of which 164 in Sweden) and has a stated target of opening 20 to 25 new stores each year. Currently there are plans to open another 37 stores in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland and the Czech Republic.
