KappAhl clothes the fashion conscious man with new Hampton Republic 27
This Autumn KappAhl is making a major commitment to the fashion conscious male. With the new Hampton Republic 27 brand the fashion chain will be expanding into a growing market.
“Traditionally, KappAhl has mainly been about fashion for women and children. But at the same time we are seeing a growing number of fashion conscious men in our stores. With Hampton Republic 27 we want to catch all those who want to combine a classic, masculine and American style with a liking for the good things in life,” says Mari Svensson, Design and purchasing manager at KappAhl.
KappAhl is aimed at men and women between 30 and 50 years of age whose intention is to dress attractively, whether for everyday or that special occasion.
“We are one of the few fashion chains where men, women and children can find affordable and inspired fashion in the same store”, says Mari Svensson.
Hampton Republic 27 was launched in stores in all KappAhl’s markets in September.
“The brand is a strategic investment to reinforce KappAhl within male fashion. Hampton Republic 27 has its own store concept with its own space and is part of the experience of shopping with us. We are sure that it will attract the ever growing group of men with an eye for fashion”, says Mari Svensson.
Hampton Republic 27 covers the entire wardrobe: Outer wear, jackets, jeans, trousers, shirts, knitwear and accessories. The concept consists of thoughtful and well made garments with attention to details such as buttons, labels, sleeve linings and seams.
The Hampton Style is permeated by an unspoken dress code: “Always look great, no matter the occasion.” The inspiration comes from The Hamptons, a few hours drive from New York along Route 27. A paradise for stressed-out city dwellers. The collection is equally at home at the workplace as at leisure, with lots of possibility for playful combinations and bold colourways with a “stylish twist”.
