KappAhl has about 4 900 employees and over 380 stores. The majority work in one of our KappAhl stores in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland and the Czech Republic. At the Head Office in Mölndal, we work with purchasing and design, marketing, IT, finance, product management and support for store sales and more. Other employees are to be found in the distribution centre, in offices in KappAhl's sales countries and in our production offices in Lithuania, Turkey, India, Bangladesh and China. Our garments are styled by our own designers.

Concrete measures to create healthy workplaces, as well as focusing on health care and the working climate have resulted in reduced absence due to illness. We want to project a good reflection of society and our customers. Women dominate our industry and we aim for a good balance between the sexes. KappAhl’s Management Team comprises five women and three men and the Board of Directors comprises six women and three men.
