ABOUT KAPPAHL

KappAhl was founded in 1953 and is today a leading fashion chain with 400 stores and 4,500 employees in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland and the Czech Republic. We sell affordable fashion which appeals to a wide range of consumers – women, men and children – with a particular focus on women with families in the 30 to 50 age group. All KappAhl garments are designed by our own fashion team. In total, we sell approximately 60 million garments every year. KappAhl was the first fashion chain to be environmentally certified, in 1999. During the financial year 2011/2012, KappAhl's turnover was 4,6 billion SEK. KappAhl is listed on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm.

KappAhl is growing by 20-30 stores every year. Our goal for continued expansion with good profitability is:

- Maintained good gross margin
- Intensified store expansion
- Continued expanding sales in existing stores
- To establish KappAhl in further markets
